The start of something new…
I have been asked many times how I started making Caramels. Here’s my story. I was the youngest sibling at home for many years. When I was in 5th grade my Mom pulled out the coveted Caramel Recipe and my lessons began. I fell in love with the art. As the years progressed I was always the Caramel maker for the family and friends. Christmas, birthdays and any chance I was given.
Adult life came along and the need for employment and a growing family came with it.
Still, everyone waited for the Caramels to make their appearance at Christmas and family gatherings. And I still loved making and sharing my creations. Always in the back of my mind I wanted to find a way to bring them to market. But, until that opportunity came along I continued to work and improve my recipe to perfection.
Flash forward many years…
My husband and I retired and found ourselves doing Trade Shows with a different product. After a very difficult day, product shortages, etc. I had a major temper tantrum (don’t lie, we all have them), and announced that as of that moment I would be doing my Caramels. Within 3 weeks I had my first event with only 3 Flavors. I was so worried how they would be received. But not to worry, I sold out! And so the business began.

We continue to grow and add flavors for you to experience. I specialize in unique flavors that are Unique to me along with the favorites. Give some of our delicious caramels a try, they won’t disappoint.
